After an exciting (and busy!) 2016, we’re very proud to announce that Bromberg & Associates has been named one of Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots by Corp! Magazine for 2017.
Coming on the heels of an impressive year of growth in 2016 that included an “MI50 Companies to Watch” award from Michigan Celebrates Small Business, this latest accomplishment acknowledges Bromberg’s sustained growth at a rate that outpaces that seen in the broader Michigan economic region.
As Corp! Magazine reports, Bromberg’s success can be attributed in part to the recent changes in Detroit’s international profile. “Companies from all around the world are considering relocating or opening branches in Michigan, and Michigan companies are growing enough to be able to consider expanding overseas themselves,” our President, Jinny Bromberg, told the magazine “For us, the many linguistic issues that come into play when doing international business mean that the sea change in Detroit’s international profile is a very good thing. The diverse business climate really gives us the space to grow and thrive.”
Looking forward, we’re heavily in our Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services. VRI offers the ability to connect with an interpreter via a live video feed – much like Skype or FaceTime – and its use is growing rapidly in the healthcare sector, where providers often need to connect with interpreters immediately and can’t afford to wait for an on-site interpreter to arrive.
And ultimately, we hope to ride the wave of economic growth in Detroit and expand on an international scale as well.
“Alongside VRI, we’re also working on expanding our content marketing, enlisting the services of an SEO team, and ultimately working towards positioning ourselves to start international SEO efforts,” Jinny Bromberg said. “In the fullness of time, we plan to expand on a global scale, and ensuring that we rank competitively in search engines is an important step in that direction.”
Congratulations to all the other winners of this year’s award, and we don’t plan on slowing down going into the rest of 2017 and beyond!
