Irma Melendez

VRI Assistant Manager

Irma was born in Puerto Rico, where she lived until she was three years old.  At that time her family decided to move to the United States, and they settled in Florida. There, she went to school, met her husband, got married, and had her first child. Twenty-two years ago, Irma moved to Michigan.

Irma is fluent in Spanish and English. Her favorite movie is “Grease,”  and as a child she would watch it over and over again with her two sisters while singing and dancing along with “Summer Nights” and “Greased Lightning”. Irma’s favorite quote is, “All good things come to those who wait patiently”.

Irma loves spending time with her family, reading on rainy nights, and taking walks with her husband while watching the sun set. Irma dreams to one day take a trip to Greece to see the sights and visit the historic places.

She enjoys working with people from around the country and strives to meet new people every day. “I feel very blessed working for Bromberg. Everyone treats each other like family and always has a helping hand.”
